You must receive a RMA (Return Material Authorization) number from Bio-office before any Bio-office Product can be returned for replacement. Please contact Technical Support at 1.855.200.2855 or email support@bio-office.com. This RMA number is valid for 30 days only. Bio-office will refuse any product sent without a RMA number. Warranty period is 1 year from the original date of purchase. A copy of your invoice or proof of purchase is required and needs to be included if product manufacturing date shows the device to be out of warranty.
Bio-office Products must be sent postage prepaid. We recommend you insure your shipment, as Bio-office cannot be held responsible for any damage that may occur during shipment. If you received your Bio-office Product in a Bio-office box, please use this same box to return the drive to Bio-office. If you do not have a Bio-office box, we recommend you package the device in a protective wrap and a box suitable for transport by your preferred carrier.
Remember, we cannot assume liability for any damage your device sustains as a result of shipment. Therefore, please ship your product in the safest manner possible. Improper packaging of RMA products may be refused.
Please use your RMA shipping instructions as a packing slip when shipping your device. Reference the RMA # in black bold print on the outside of the box and on all paperwork. If you are returning multiple products, please reference each RMA number. Note: shipments without the RMA number printed on the outside of the box will be refused and returned to the sender.
Any modification made to the original device automatically invalidates the warranty provisions and the user will be charged for all costs associated with the return. If the reseller from whom you purchased made modifications, please contact that reseller for return/replacement information.
