Warranty/RMA
Warranty is limited to sales channels for legitimate consumers who buy Bio-office product.
•One-year warranty
We undertake to deal with defects in our products that are attributable to quality faults or normal use faults. If you have any suspicion, please contact our technical service center as above to determine if it’s in legal one year warranty. Our technical support (http://www.bio-office.com/en/contact.asp) will decide based on your condition to repair or replace for free. Any claims on in respect of damage resulting from careless or incorrect use of the product (e.g tamper, adequate maintenance, unsuitable storage, overloading, etc) will be charged for repairing or replacement.
• One-year warranty cover following spare parts,
The main components:circuit boards, keypad, LCD screen, optical fingerprint sensor, power adaptor,interior cable,etc
• One-year warranty doesn’t cover following spare parts,
Case, U pen drive,USB or serial cable, strengthen membrane,etc
• Since the product purchase date, the product are faulty in 7 days (inclusive), if Bio-office confirm the defect belong to quality or workmanship, we can replace a new one for you; If beyond of 7 days, after Bio-office decide it’s quality problem, you can return unit or spare parts for repairing for free; If man-made damage, we will charge you for labor repairing and spare parts cost.
• Delivery cost: If you return unit or spare parts to our company for repairing or replacement, please afford the delivery cost. After we finish repairing in 3-5 days, we will afford the back delivery cost.
• Since the repairing date of unit or spare part, if they are defective again, the warranty will extend for 3 months.
• In case the part has stopped producing, we can not replace the same types of components but updated version. If the upgraded spare parts involve other related components, they have to be paid.
• Repairing time circle: Bio-office commitment, when the technical service center in Shanghai, China receive defective products, 3-5 working days will be taken including repairing and testing, then return to customers.
